I was born and raised in Niagra Falls, NY. I take pride in being a military spouse and mom of four. I am a provisionally licensed counselor working towards full licensure. I currently run and own an independent practice called Eclectic Evolution Counseling based out of Colorado. I base my theoretical orientation primarily in womanist, narrative and existential theories
and empower others to take up full space in
this world as their unapologetic and authentic selves. I work with individuals and
couples, and aim to specifically work within the Black, LGBTQ, and military communities as
these communities are the most underserved and underrepresented in the area of mental
health. I am a member of the Chi Sigma Iota National Counseling Honor Society, the National Association of Black Counselors, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated.

Through The Clinical Cookout, I hope to empower minority groups through the implementation of psychoeducation and womanist interventions that will assist with deconstructing various systemic and societal ills that have contributed to their views of self and mental anguish.
To add a little spice to it, I also hope to assist couples with identifying maladaptive relationship patterns, unlearning these patterns, and learning healthy, adaptive patterns in order to form a better foundation for families.
